Does anyone know what the price point was when the Apple Quicktake 200 was released in 1997? I have looked everywhere and cannot find the answer. I figured that maybe a collector would know...Anyone?

Thank you. Is this off the top your head or from a source?

Does anyone remember otherwise?

By the way, does anyone own the Quicktake 200? I would like to see some sample pics on the web.

I don't own one, but try here (http://www.epi-centre.com/reports/9403cdi.html) here (http://www.starblanket.com/~photography/qt100.spml) and this one's neat (http://hotline.kicks-ass.net/quicktake100/)

Thank you senor! But, I wonder if the quality is that much different, as those were of the 100 series...Hmmm...

I looked in one of my old Macworld UKs (from July 1997) and they lists Apple Quicktake 200: £399 (uk pounds)

I have a QuickTake 200 & 150. The 150 doesn't really work, but the 200 does. Not very good pictures, but oh well- it's a nice collectors item. I read somewhere that the 200 was originally designed and built by Fuji.

Yes, it is. There is a camera of there's that is exactly like the Quicktake 200. Funny enough, I just got this today and it is in great condition and a top item for any collector...or photographer.

I absolutely LOVE my QuickTake 150. I do wish I had a 200 for the LCD etc. but whenever I need to take a quick photo I always grab my 150 instead of my Olympus and use my 5400 do download it. Most people say I'm insane for this but for me it just works better and the 150 is ready to shoot alot faster than the Olympus.

The 150 was a Kodak Camera branded by Apple

I have both a Quicktake 100 and 200. I used the 200 pretty extensively until the battery door broke. The 100 was knid of a joke.
I have two media cards for the 200. They're kind of rare. They are 5.5V rather than the more common 3V of other cameras.

I have boxed 100, 150 and 200 cameras but have never used them, one day I might get the time but for now they still under my desk in the study!
