Is there a book or resource that will teach c++ and the QT frameworks with no prior proggraming experience? If there isn't what would be the proper learning teqniche to take. I desperately need help so I you have some help any help at all please respond. Any recomendations will be taken seriously. I apologize for any typing errors as I am typing from my iPhone.

The best way (in my opinion) is to start off learning the actual language then moving on to other libraries.

I had a look around on Google and a few people say this is an excellent book for C++.

Once you have an understanding of the C++ language, then you would learn the QT libraries. Apparently, this is also an excellent book.
