Hey people
A friend of mine has a G3 slot load imac that has a fried modem. Does anyone offer a usb modem for these machines? If so, where can I get one?

Global Village has external USB modems for Macs. They work in Mac OS 8.6-OS X.3.
You're probably going to pay around $50-$70 for it, so they're not cheap. They're good quality modems though. They've been making modems for quite a while and I've been very happy with their products.
