Okay, so I've searched the internet for years, and I've never been able to find an answer to this. In cheesy kung fu movies of the 1970's, there's often a sound effect used for slow-motion stuff... almost like a fluttering kind of sound. We've all heard it before. For example, if there was a scene where a guy was jumping up in the air to do some ridiculously powerful kick or flip or something, it would be in slow-motion, and this sound effect would be used.

I've heard it many times on That 70's Show, and most recently I heard it on an episode of Chappelle Show, where Tyrone Biggins lifts a car or something.

Any help would be much, much appreciated!

Here's a link to the video from Chappelle Show. The sound effect is used many times throughout the skit, such as when Tyrone punches through the car's window, when he lifts the bus up, and when he runs through the jail wall:

why don't you just record/sample it?

The sound you're looking for was originaly used in the 6 million dollar/ bionic man, whenever he did anything "bionic"!

It's here if you want the original, or you could create something similar using a sampler/synth.
