Taking off 27" iMac screen

hey guys, so I got this replacement iMac not too long ago, and there's this really annoying piece of lint stuck to the inside part of the screen.

I don't have any suction cups laying around my house, and I was wondering if it was possible to safely/easily take off the screen with any other tool that I might have around here.

I just don't feel like going out and buying those suction cups for just this one thing, and most likely never use them again.

In all seriousness get the suctions cups, probably cost you less than $20 otherwise you stand a very good chance or ruining the glass and will have to pay A LOT more to get it replaced.

There is no way I'd muck about with suction cups.
Just send the machine back and get one in proper condition.

I had an unused plunger laying around and that worked just as well as suction cups. Just position it at one of the top corners and pull. My refurb'd i7 is now lint free.

It's really not about the money. Suction cups are super cheap, I was just wondering if I could do it quicker, but I guess not, and I'll be getting those suction cups first thing tomorrow.
