Hi,
After 6 years of reasonable performance my iBook made a snapping sound while closing the lid. Now, when the lid is moved the screen turns black and/or lines run down the left side of the screen. Totally lame that this happens.
I really really don't want to buy a new computer right now. All I can hope is the connection will last another 8 months.
