macOS Convert PC programs to run on an I PAD

I am looking at developing an IPAD to use and EFB (electronic flight bag) which is used to view documents, make calculations, view live camera feeds etc.

There are a few existing PC programs that I would need to make work on the device. Is it possible for a start. If it is possible where is the best place to get it done.

If it is in the too hard to do section I can just use an HP slate but it has a rubbish battery life compared to the IPAD
 
Use the Slate.

Unless the companies that have the legal right to port their program to the iPad do so, you certainly won't be allowed to do the same. Not to mention you'd need to know how to program.
