do they offer anti-glare screen protectors at the apple stores? what cases to they mostly have?

At my local apple store they carry mostly incase cases. Both sleeves and silicone covers. They also carry the Belkin Grip Vue cases which I would highly recommend. I had the incase silicone case and returned it for the Belkin and absolutely love the Belkin.
