How do I get an app form itunes to an ipod touch?

Just a quick question, I just downloaded an app on itunes, and I need to get it on. But my ipod is manually managed. So how do I do that?

You should, IIRC, be able to choose Apps, select the ones you want to sync, set the touch to sync those manually selected and then sync it.

do you have your settings so that you can manage your apps separately? Or did you just set it for the music and the videos?
