How do I Lock Folders?

Can someone please tell me how to lock folders or point me to a software program that will do it for me?

I can't find any software on Version Tracker to do this, I am sure there will a terminal command that will allow you to do this, in OSX under Get Info 'Locked' is there but it is blanked out, How Strange.

I went to apple.com to try and get some info and found something called XRAY (you can look it up on versiontracker). I think this might solve my problem.

As for the get info option, I did think it was wierd that the ability to lock a folder is not activated. Maybe in 10.2.
