HP P1005 - doesn't work with Snow Leopard?

Hello

I'm thinking of buying a cheap-ish laser printer such as the HP P1500 (the Brother printers are apparently quit noisy even after printing? I'm in student accommodation with paper thin walls O_o), but I've read that the P1500 doesn't work with Snow Leopard at all??

Many thanks! (or even for suggestions of other cheap-ish laser printers, I looked at the Samsung ML-2525W also?)

Best way to make sure it's compatible is to check from manufacturer's support site

I know there's quite a few 'non-mac' HP printers out there (I own two)

For reference, most of the photosmart series work with macs.

personally, I'd lean towards Canon for a mac though, but they don't make a laser printer.
