So I've been working on an iMovie project in iMovie '09. iMovie started acting up (the player window wasn't playing the edited video I was skimming, it was only playing the raw video files while skimming). So I thought I'd quit iMovie, delete the cache in ~/Library. So then I opened iMovie again, and do my bewilderment my project titled "Football" was completely empty, as if I started a new project.
All my video files in my video library were still there. So I looked in the iMovie projects folder and there was my project entitled "Football". I double clicked that but to no avail.
I've deleted the pref files and still nothing.
What's wrong here, and most importantly how can I get my project back in working order.
Any help would be much appreciated!
