Hi there,
here is the problem.
When I plug in my iPod Touch 2nd generation into my Dell PC running Windows XP. The following pop ups are shown.
I am running the newest available iTunes version and have previously tried re-installing iTunes but that did not solve the problem. Also, I have looked at the iTunes support site and it told me to uninstall and then re-install the Apple Mobile Device plugin but after removing it, I could not install it again.
So, my question is, what can be done so that iTunes or the computer will pick up my iPod.
