When you have bought the MBP online, how do you return it?

Can you drop it of in closest apple store or do you have to ship it somewhere? what is the procedure?
 
When you call Apple, they will send UPS or another carrier to pick up the MBP. I did this last week. I believe you can also log into your Apple account and initiate the proceedure there.
