can someone please walk me through replacing the hardrive of my Powerbook G3 bronze key laptop?

This is for a Pismo, which if it is not what you have, is pretty much identical to the Lombard...

Not a problem. Good Luck. There are a number of storys around of people who replaced their HD (with a 60G 7200 rpm Travelstar), but due to some sloppiness melted some internals. So be careful.

FWIW, I have a Pismo with that particular drive upgrade. I have not had any problems.
