Desktop Manager - I would like some advice -Please

Ive just downloaded Desktop Manager .....

and its installed ok, but I can't seem to get any thing onto a different desktop, every thing just wants to stay on One desktop, is any one here using this app, and can offer some advice please
 
This has been replaced by Spaces. The last update to that software was in March 2007, which predates Leopard. I suggest using Spaces.

Hi , thanks for the comment , I am using an iMac and a separate 22inch monitor , so on my main desk top I have my browser , and on my external monitor I have my Thunderbird mail running , ive tried to set up spaces , but could never get it to work correctly when using an external monitor . so I thought I would try Desktop Manager . 🙁
