So i have my firebox hooked up to my macbook pro
I have a firewire running from the firebox to the macbook firewire input
My macbook recognizes the firebox
I have opened the mixer and control for the firebox
and I have set the input preferences of garageband to the firebox, as well as the output
then i created a new instrument, made it software, made the input for it firebox 1
I have my guitar plugged into the first instrument input on the firebox, and it is coming through headphones plugged into the firebox's headphone jack
however, no sound is registered in garageband
and when i press record no sound is recorded
any ideas?
