I've noticed that every single time I go to open a new tab in a Safari window, it lags and I get the spinning beachball for like 30-45 seconds before it will actually start the new tab. It does it when I open a tab by going up to "file>new tab" and when I use "cmd+T"...I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem too.

Have you tried repairing permissions. I had this after reinstalling FLASH, and once the permissions were repaired, it worked normally again.
