Hey there, not sure if this is the right place to write this, but I was wondering if a external HDD could be used on my MAC and my PC?!? how should I format it? it's a Lacie d2 250GB, in case anyone should wanna know.

Format it FAT32. There is only limited ability for Panther to write to an NTFS formated drive. Or use HFS+ and buy MacDrive for your WinTelThon.
