Time to clear out the office. It's getting VERY crowded in here. Up for grabs is:
1 x 450MHz B&W G3 w/ 256MB RAM, 20 GB HD (1 x 10GB SCSI 2, 1 x 10GB IDE), Rage 128 - $170
1 x 300MHz B&W G3 w/ 128MB RAM, 10GB HD, Rage 128 - $95
1 x 400MHz Grape iMac DV (slot-loading, firewire) w/ 10GB HD, 128MB RAM - $125
1 x 350MHz Bondi iMac (slot-loading) w/ 6GB HD, 128MB RAM - $80
1 x PowerBook 1400cs 133MHz w/ 16MB RAM, 1.2GB HD, CD & floppy modules, color stylewriter 2200, all cables, manuals, disks, leather case. - dead battery - $75

how much are you lookin to get for the grape imac or the 1400cs ballpark? about shipping, are you charging shipping or does the buyer find/pay his own shipping? also any installed software or anything? k/m on the desktops? im really tempted by the grape imac dv if the price is right....

I'm looking for ~$125 for the iMac. + ~$35 shipping
All of the machines have 9.2 and 10.3 + Office 2004 Student Edition

The grape iMac is in very good condition. Few tiny scuffs if you look hard. It has a brand new, never used, Apple Pro Keyboard (original style. black keys), keyspan remote control and blue logitech optical mouse.

Also, keyboards are included with the desktops.
The 450 G3 has a wireless Logitech MX700
The 300 G3 has a brand new white optical Apple mouse. (still in wrapping)

The grape iMac is still for sale. Lots of talkers, but no do'ers. First one to make a payment gets it. I cant hang on to these things forever.

BTW, it looks like shipping will be closer to $40 for shipping in the lower 48. I would prefer to ship it in the US. If there are no takers in the US then I'll ship to the first person who makes a payment from Canada. Nothing overseas.

Luf, yI'm just going to take (if its still there by friday) the imac bondi blue, unless he sells all of these before than then I'm just going to buy one else where, but you get it for your little sister, I just got this powermac Friday so I'm in no rush to get another Mac just yet.

Then perhpas the other tower? Its a little bit more than I'd want to spend, but who knows, I might find the moolah somewhere. Same questions apply.

That is, of course, if it hasn't already been shipped off to Timbuk 2.

Hi,

I'm interested in buying the last imac (bondi 350) if it's still available. I'm new to macs so I'd greatly appreciate it if you could answer a few questions.

1) How well does os 10.3 run on the machine? I'll only use it for using MS Office but I need to make sure that it's usable.

2) Is the power cord included or would I need to purchase one?

3) Other than a keyboard and mouse, is there anything else I will need to get the computer up and running?

Also, would PayPal be an acceptable form of payment?

hey davan,
i got the iMac today. its in excellent shape and runs very well in OSX taking its configuration into account. i have only one complaint and that is that you forgot to reinstall MS Office X on the system. I can tell you just forgot because the copy of OSX Panther is fresh. Its okay though, i think i've got a copy lying around here somewhere. Thanks alot for all your help and to anyone else considering buying from davan, i highly recommend him.

I have 2 machines left. People kept saying that they wanted them and that they were sending money, but over 2 weeks later and no money.
The last iMac (bondi) and B&W are still for sale. Someone buy these things and get them out of here!

Hi,

I'm fairly new to the MacRumors boards, (actually I registered in 2002...please don't kill me for lurking...) but I have been active (on & off) in the mac community for quite a few years... (macnn mostly)

I am interested in either the B&W G3 or the iMac, if either one of them is left. Which one I want depends on whether I can find a good inexpensive monitor.
