What to install on iMac and MacBook - business

My gorgeous 27" iMac and MacBooks arrive with us in a weeks time. I am just wondering what we can install on them in terms of apps. We are new to working on macs.

We design our own stock and will be using for general business admin, so CS5 and iWorks is going onto it. Anything else that we should get?

What kind of business are you in?

CS5 products are for media creation and iWork is for text, spreadsheet and presentation creation.
