iTunes rest-of-Europe today?

Should we expect it to open today or is Tuesday more likely or some other day?

If today, at what time?
 
A Tuesday is more likely. Apple are may have said October, but that just means sometime during October. It's just a likely to be near the end as that start.
 
Maybe they will do a weekly release of new stuff , 5th iTunes stores open - 12th iBook updates -19th PowerBook updates 26th eMac updates
just a thought
