Microsoft office EXCEL for mac 2008 columns

Please could some one help me here.

Its simple but Im new to this & new to MAC so battling a bit.

Im trying to KEEP the 7 columns for the main body the same width.

The rows 19 & 20 I need to increase the number of columns to 14 & NOT change the amount of columns above

Please could someone tell me how to do this?

Im using MAC snow leopard & MSOffice for MAc 2008 EXCELL.
