Outpost.com has a 1GB SODIMM for $160, no tax. Both my cousin and I purchased this RAM and it has worked very well.

the only thing i worry about is the 1 year warrenty, but any ram probelms i have ever had were within the first few weeks. so as long as most people dont have a problem with it, i think its worth the gamble.
