Changing Rez on my Movies and other stuff

Hi,

I was wondering if there is an app that will let me change a file from .avi, to quicktime's .mov. Preferably without making me fork over cash, or minimal amounts of it. Also i need an app that will change the kbps of a movie, so that it will be smaller. Anything like that out there?

You want quicktime pro but if you dont want to fork out cash I would try ffmpegx It is a little hard to set-up (just follow its instructions) but if works well!
