OK, I just need to rant here as it is near impossible to get a hold of eBay and be responded to in a timely fashion.
My mother gets her monthly bill and sends out an e-check. She is then rebilled for the same amount that she just paid. And now, they pulled that amount off of my Visa (used to verify her account as she does not have one). 4 e-mails to the Customer Disservice have gone unanswered and their C.S. number is only usable on the weekdays. I finally told my mother that my Visa was no longer to be used on her account and finally convinced her to quit using eBay and go to Yahoo Auctions. She wasn't making a whole lot of money on eBay anyway. I don't see how she could do any worse on Yahoo (plus is it a lot cheaper anyway).
Any other eBay horror stories about their horrible service?
