MLB at bat 2010 won't work on 3G

Hi, I live in Thailand and recently installed MLB at bat 2010.

Unfortunately it won't work on 3G network...

The live streaming won't work...

I went to Australia last week and using the Australian sim worked fine over 3G.

It just doesn't seem to work with 3G in Thailand.

The highlights would play, but not live streaming.

Any ideas....?
