it plugs into a port on the card, the same that the original fan is using

So what is the stuff I have read about molex splitters and picking up the cable from behind the super drive ?

noobs (or people that want to use a constant set fan speed)

look how it connects

the part sticking out to the right is used for molex powering (a small converter cable should be included with your twinturbo) but don't connect BOTH card cable and molex cable. that will destroy your motherboard. I know this because it happened to me :)

Thanks Cindori, the things I read only lead to confuse.
