so the US wants that from the 127 Bn $ 95% should be forgiven from those countries where iraq is in debt ..france and germany said they will only forgive 50%

hmm gonna get intresting
(iraq debt in austria is around 1bn € ..so 0,5 bn are in discussion..thats a lot for a small country)

... i'm interrested in other countries numbers... anyone ?
