iOS Anyone been through "Made for iPod" process

I realise that there is an NDA in place for disclosing stuff in a public place and so I'm not asking for anyone to break that.

However I am in the initial stages of signing up for the "Made for iPod" program and I'm just looking for someone who might have been through the process that can give me some idea of what Apple look for when accepting applications and what your general experience was with the process.
