Problem with temperature!

Hi there, I own an imac 20'' 2.66Ghz. I ve installed Fan control and made the following settings:

Base Speed: 1500 RPM
Lower Thres: 48 C
Upper Thres: 78 C

Values: 63.2 C !!!!
right-left fan: 3770-3780 rpm!!

is it gonna blow at any minute??

A few weeks ago my HDD fan was spinning @ 5300RPM ALL day.
long story short, I needed a new Logic Board.

But no, it's not. The worst thing is can do is bother you with the fan noise.
