Is the otterbox enough?

Hey all,

I was wondering if the otterbox case for the itouch is enough protection?

Does it scratch the itouch if you put it inside naked?

What are some comparison cases?

I don't know about the iPod Touch Otterbox, but I can tell you that the Otterbox for the first-gen iPhone is fabulous protection. My girlfriend's iPhone, in the Otterbox, has been repeatedly dropped on concrete, including once where it fell over ten feet, and the phone is still fine, and not scratched at all.
