Advance Networking Settings Grayed Out

For some reason when I click network>advanced, All options are grayed out

This is for any network I've joined

Any Guesses to what the issue may be?

haha yes it was locked, i feel absolutely embarrassed right now. I looked for the lock on the advanced screen but failed to do so on the main network page. Thanks!
