hotline server using an airport extreme

hi

im trying to create a hotline network, and i'm connecting to the internet through an airport extreme, and when i try to connect to my hotline server it won't connect -- my ip on the HL server is "10.0.1.2" when i type that in manually in HL it connects.. but not when i log in without it, it doesnt

any help?
