Running 3 Monitors with GTX 285 and GT 120, which one is primary?

I'm running three Apple Cinema Displays... I have two cards installed, the GTX 285 in Slot-1 and the GT 120 in Slot-3, which card is primary when it comes to gaming etc? How can I tell?

Slot 1 should be primary if they are apple cards. You can tell by which screen is primary by which shows the gray screen at boot up.
