Other than the Sony produced films, is anyone using DTS? All the DVDs I see are in Dolby Digital.
I'm curious who their target market is, is all.

The LOTR DVDs are all in DTS.

While on the topic, I haven't been able to play DTS with Apple's DVD player. I just get no sound. It works in VLC though.

Just about all files have a DTS track to them, its that it cheaper to licenece Dolby Digital. I perfer DTS cause the seperation and overall sound quality sounds better. But it is also more expensive to use.
