Use folders for the f5 and f6 buttons

I know how to edit what the f5 and f6 buttons do but I'm not sure how I go about adding the shortcut for a folder. For example I have a folder called 'Music' and I was just wondering if there was another way to get the f6 button as a shortcut to the Music folder.

I'm a new iMac user so please go easy on me =]
