This stand is working great for my iPad. I ordered 3 since shipping was the same as buying one so now I have a stand for work and home. You can adjust it to lots or different angles for viewing. It is coated metal so it will not scratch the back of your iPad. The stand is sturdy at every angle and does not slip out of place when pressing home button or typing.

I've seen the above $3 amazon stand in person, used for an iPad, and can confirm it's very sturdy and I liked the adjustability. The wire frame is much stronger than it look and would support much more weight than the iPad, so when you type on it or hit the home screen, there is little to no give. Nice pics of it too by the way, jefftroll.

I bought a similar one at Michael's and it is great. I laugh at people buying $40 pieces of **** to use as a stand.
