will this offer "carry over" or "transfer" to the iPhone 4, when it goes on sale?

Let me explain further for clarification... Right now My Account page on AT&T's website says I can purchase a 32GB 3GS (new) for $499.

Assuming when the new iPhones come out, will the $499 offer be replaced by the 32 (or 64?) GB iPhone 4G?
