Preparing jb/unlocked iphone for sale

Hi Everyone,

I have a jb/unlocked iphone with 3.1.2 and wanted to sell it. To prepare it for sale I wanted to delete all the data in it but still keep the phone unlocked and jailbroken. How should I do this?

I already know how to clear the phone

Settings>General >Reset>Erase All Content and Settings

My question is will I need to unlock the phone again and jailbreak it again?
