Sleeve/Carrying Case for Macally Bookstand

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased the Macally Bookstand case for the iPad after having the Incase Convertible Jacket. I liked the protection and "leather" of the Incase, but the iPad was slipping out and it was overall too bulky to be using for my taste. Therefore, I purchased the Macally which is much thinner but offers less traveling protection. I am looking for a nice protective sleeve or case which can carry the iPad with the Macally case on it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
