The company first got my attention in that they make the OS for iPod. Woz joined their board about the same time as the ipod launch. Interestingly enough, Steve's crack about "one OS" may be flexible enough to be read: "One GUI" and the iPod does use the distinctive Aqua file-tree GUI.
