Was wondering if I could upgrade the internal HD to 2TB or will it have heating issues? I don't mind with 1TB either, just want to know if anything experienced it?

The new drives won't generate any more heat than the one that's in there now.

That depends on the drive. Anyway, you should be fine as the capacity has nothing to do with the heat

much easier to buy a 2TB external and hook that up via firewire as you then have portable and fixed drives. just my thought..
