Quicktime App crashing.

People using WWDC Tiger. Does your QT Player work correctly?
Mine playes MOV and MP4 no prob but crashes with anything else...
BUT the finder will play everything without any problems (in column view).

(yes I got it from the WWDC, and I tried it on a iBook G4 and Ti500mhz)

other then crashing, hows it run on the ti?

its okay, some finder redraw issues once in a while.
Safari is buggy (I have been using firefox)
Mail is nice

I hope apple seeds us an update soon. im sure it will fix 90% of my issues.
(I noticed the WWDC Jobs copy (newer than our wwdc build) did not have the strange finder problems...etc)

You do realize that Tiger is for development and/or testing purposes, not day-to-day mundane use, right?

If it's not working properly too bad, its a developer preview. Go back to Panther and wait for Tiger to, you know, be finished before whining about unstable preview release software.

I dont think anyone here is complaining, we all know it a preview.
