Video Sorting Issues on Ipod Touch

Below are a few screen caps of the problem along with how they are sorted in iTunes and my iPod Touch. I'm not sure what the problem is, but this is really annoying.

Side Note: I just got a new MBP and I'm re-adding all my tv shows from my time machine backup.

What could be the problem? Everything seems to be labeled properly.

It should look like this on my iPod

TV Shows
-->The Office
---->Season 1
------>Name of Ep.

EDIT: I just noticed that they episodes are sorted via alphabet, anyway to change that?

I would get the touch if I were you. I have a touch and it works great. If you watch a lot of videos you should get it. The picture quality is amazing. It doesn't hurt your eyes to watch tv shows and movies on it because the screen is great. There are also other features like e-mail, aim, the web, and you can go to the itunes store on it and buy stuff. When you buy something it automatically downloads it. The ipod touch would be the best choice.
