Installing Free Loops from .Mac

With .mac (and FCP) we've gotten a ton of free loops. Is there a way to install them so they integrate into Garage Band like the loops that come with it do? I didn't see a topic on this, sorry if one was already made.

Thanks, that worked. Is there any way to get the Freeverse loops to integrate into GB too, because they aren't labelled like Apple's are. I don't really want to just try it because a reinstall of GB wouldn't be very fun just to fix the loops list.
