Downgrade from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2

Searched around, but haven't been able to find anything that works.

I am wondering if it is possible to downgrade from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 (baseband: 05.13.04). If so, how? Everytime I try redsn0w freezes at "Installing Activation Bundles".
