Well I updated my 3G to IOS4
Now I decided I'd like to sell it.

My question is if there's a way to downgrade to 3.1.3 or 3.1.2 and unlock the device?

Only if you have bootloader 5.08 via Fuzzyband.

Other than that, no unlock yet.
