apps on both iphone and touch?

I am wondering if i can sync my iphone apps to my ipod touch, including the paid apps... can they exist on an iphone and an ipod touch simultaneously?

Yes. Yes, you can have them on as many devices as you want. You can only sync from 5 computers though.
