imac and tv

[misguided]

thinking about buying the new imac. any pros and cons? can be used to watch t.v with extra device attached. just wondering if anyone tried it and if it works well.

There are threads about these topics all over this site. I don't mean to sound unhelpful, but you can get a lot more information a lot faster if you do a couple of forum searches.

I'll say, though, that I think the new iMac is a great machine. I will also say that I have an EyeTV 200 (El Gato (http://www.elgato.com)) and think it's a very nice device.
